:rofl: I have some photos somewhere from the early 80's, of a narrowboat dressed up to look like a submarine, I'll have to see if I can find them. Mind you, it may give some people ideas!

U can build the U-Boot/Narrowboat and just make sure u have a sliding window and list of 'wares' built into the conning tower - jobs a good 'un :rofl:-- attachment is not available --

Hang on... isn't that the same night as the event being run by PD? On this very same forum? viewforum.php?f=121

Since it's touch and go as to whether I can even get to that as it's my Dad's birthday that same day and my Mum is whingeing about me spending time with them, I'm not sure what the hell I'll be doing.

If I can't make it, then please enjoy the evening for me!

Sorry, i've got a valid excuse. I'll be getting thoroughly pissed in the sun, on a beach in Kenya. 8)

If i'm feeling particularly energetic, i might go for a swim along the reef.

hehe, no, there's neither! the reef totally surrounds the beach, a few hundred yards out to sea, leaving it mostly about 4-5 foot deep, and toasty warm. 8)

I'll see what i can do but as aforementioned i've a paid gig doing the music at the launch party for a mates CD single release. I'm pretty sure its that night.
